How are all my favourite people?
I hope you’re enjoying your Easter.
I recorded a podcast episode last night, and as a convergence of many things, it got me thinking about how we rarely ask ourselves why we’re doing something.
We rarely understand our motivations. We strive to overcome a certain sense of inferiority, without understanding this is why we’re striving.
We rarely understand what is even going to happen. Less so the price that we will pay.
So I hope you get something out of this short podcast I recorded. I hope you also enjoy the cleansing Vajrapani Power Mantra Introduction.
Timescamps:
0:00 Llama Tashe Vajrapani (POWER) mantra
03:15 Introduction, Upcoming Writing Reflections
7:53 Exploring Choice, Spirituality, and Personal Motivations
13:54 Practice and Real-world Consequences - Understanding What Will Happen
21:11 Assessing Outcomes, Decision-Making, and Life Changes
33:01 Concluding Thoughts, Practical Solutions, and Farewell
Easter Exercises
Finally, below are some no-self exercises I put together for your use. These are complimentary for the common peasantry for the time being. I’m feeling generous. All I’d ask in return is that you spread the word of this subskank if you find it useful.
You should be able to unlock the post if you subscribe. If not dm me I may have f%cked it up.
These days I use when under stress. Or ruminating. The outcomes are usually hilarious, at least in my experience.
From a certain vantage-point, we are hilarious beings. No matter how serious we all try to make it out to be. It really isn’t.
The more you use these…the more faithfully…the more the real troof will be revealed to you about “uself”.
They should be fun experiments, not a chore.
