All,
As promised, here is part 4 of the original multiple part, member only release for everyone on bio-individual style mindfulness. I will stagger various videos over the coming months for you guys. It goes through:
Why we are a flawed animal, and why we tend to have issues
Why we are reactive
The incompleteness of Reichian and other body based approaches, without further work.
How this completes the approach
What you get out of it
How it fosters right-brained consciousness
How this type on mindfulness doesn’t require you to be a Buddhist, of subscribe to moral assertions of the Buddhists
How to approach reactivity as the great problem for us.
It is in a slide style presentation, so worth getting your notepad out.
Hope you get something out of it. Feel free to share with anyone you think would be interested, appreciate your shares on twitter or elsewhere, please let me know if you’re getting any out of this.
Weekly Newsletter and new podcast coming for this weekend. Will be coming a bit earlier, perhaps this Friday.
I will expand on Reich, movements like ‘Peatism’, the ‘Processual Organism’. We will look at some more elements of the anti-static model of the organism - that is how behavioural flexibility can influence things like hormones, and not the other way around.
Members will be getting some interesting sequences, building in the last few weeks.
Otherwise, wishing you all well for the remainder of your week.
